Job SummaryThe Global Lead Statistical Programmer is responsible for leading programming activities across multiple Phase I-IV studies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Lead statistical programming efforts in assigned projects and therapeutic areas to achieve project standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM documents in accordance with established processes.Collaborate on the creation of standard and utility macros, contributing to the establishment of statistical programming standards.Participate in CRF annotation, review SAP, TLFs specification development, and TLFs review to ensure regulatory compliance.Demonstrate company values by upholding excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, ownership, teamwork, and accountability.As a critical member of the team, the Global Lead Statistical Programmer will handle P21 related items, eCRT packages, and define.XML files for regulatory submissions to FDA/EMA/PMDA or other agencies.This role requires a deep understanding of clinical trials, statistical programming, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively to drive project success.A strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines is essential for this position. The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and provide excellent customer service is also vital.
