Talent Management SpecialistWe are seeking a highly experienced professional to assume a key role in the development and implementation of our Talent Management strategy.The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and must have led at least 2 full end-to-end SCDP implementation projects.Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors SCDP configuration and implementation.Experience with succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and calibration processes.Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals.Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Main Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors SCDP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and talent review processes within SCDP.Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions, and support leadership in identifying successors for critical roles.Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS).Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer for HR teams and business users.Provide guidance on best practices, process optimization, and system enhancements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.SAP SuccessFactors SCDP or relevant certifications preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
