Lead Web Developer PositionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Web Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of web applications using a range of technologies including Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality web applications that meet business requirements.Lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, certificate creation, validation, and API integration.Manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.Collaborate with developers to implement design changes and optimize application performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in web application development and maintenance.Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.Experience with version control systems like Git.Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.LanguagesEnglish (fluent)
