Position: Brand Strategist Location: Hyderabad | Onsite | Full-TimeAbout the Role — What a Brand Strategist Means at Social DNAAt Social DNA, a Brand Strategist is not just a planner — you are the central driver of clarity, direction, and integration.You connect business objectives with creative execution, ensuring that every campaign has purpose, consistency, and impact.Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and brand tone.- Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies across digital, PR, print, influencer, events, and video.- Plan and coordinate 360° campaigns with content, design, and video teams—including shoots, scripting, and production.- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, online and offline.- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of 10–15 members, improving workflow, delivery quality, and timelines.- Conduct monthly reviews, renewals, and performance discussions focused on growth and retention.- Contribute to creative thinking, insight-driven storytelling, and idea development.- Integrate AI tools for smarter planning, execution, and optimization.- Mentor junior team members and foster a solution-driven, collaborative culture.Qualifications- 3–5 years of agency experience (mandatory) in branding, advertising, or integrated marketing.- Exposure to at least three areas: digital marketing, PR, events, print, photoshoots, or video production.- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and campaign management.- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.- Proven team leadership or coordination experience (10–15 members).- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Canva, or similar project/reporting platforms.- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.- Degree in communications, marketing, or creative/visual studies preferred.About the CompanySocial DNA is an award-winning, Hyderabad-based brand and digital agency with 14+ years of building brands that scale with impact.Recognized every single year of our journey, we're known for blending creativity, strategy, and technology to deliver integrated 360° solutions across digital, PR, video, print, and on-ground activations.Our work spans healthcare, real estate, FMCG, education, lifestyle, and emerging sectors—driven by a culture of innovation, ownership, and measurable growth.
