Job Title: Supply Chain Planning ExpertAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Expert to lead end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP implementations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for blueprinting, designing, building, testing, deploying, and providing post-go-live support for these initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into functional Blue Yonder ESP configurations.Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, user training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.Customize Blue Yonder ESP modules for capacity planning, material planning, and inventory optimization.Perform data migration, validation, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Requirements8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning; 2–3 full-cycle Blue Yonder ESP implementations.Proven track record of success in implementing Blue Yonder ESP solutions.Strong technical skills, including SQL, data mapping, solver engines (MAP, LPOpt), and performance tuning.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.BenefitsWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
