Office Experience Manager

Your RoleWork closely with Bangalore team members on daily office operations, such as facilities maintenance, vendor management, catering and events, office mail and other administrative support; provide project administration work as needed, etc.What You Will DoAct as key point of contact for office facility vendors to ensure consistent standards of office maintenance and supplies; working closely with office manager and other facility team members to manage and source vendors for the office.Lead and collaborate with Office Services Team to create a welcoming, warm, and comfortable workplace for team members, clients, and guests.Provide leadership, direct management, oversight, coaching, development and support for Office Services Manager, Studio Coordinators.Manage and coordinate all office moves, renovations, furnishings, and seating assignmentsWork closely with Office Leaders on studio space planning and seating. Forecast upcoming changes and develop scenarios.Review and approve invoices for all services performed and purchases made.Streamline operations and maintain efficiencies by finding ways for continuous improvementsResponsible for building/office security programsAssist on ad hoc office services work including company events, client meeting, staff trainings, etc.Your QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred10+ years of experience in office/facilities and team managementEvent planning/management requiredStrong customer service backgroundExperience successfully managing and motivating a teamApproachable personality with excellent communication skillStrong facilitation, team building, relationship, and problem-solving skills.A demonstrated ability to partner with the business to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement efforts to help achieve goals.High attention to detail and employee / visitor experience , organized with strong follow-throughStrong verbal and written communication skills.Professional attitude and imagePassionate, pro-actively, mature, independent thinkingLife at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
