Join a dynamic team as we seek a skilled SAP IBP professional to lead full-cycle implementations, rollouts, and support. This role requires advanced knowledge of SAP IBP, with experience in demand planning, IO, SNOP, control tower, RTI, and OBP.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning technology applications, including SAP APO, JDA, and Kinaxis. They must also possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders globally.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle SAP IBP implementations, rollouts, and support;Configure planning areas, key figures, planning views, and application jobs;Integrate SAP IBP with ECC/S4HANA and CI/RTI for seamless data flow;Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders globally;Develop assets, accelerators, and best practices for IBP delivery;Lead the continuous improvement process and AMS team with partners;Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field;Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning technology applications like SAP APO, JDA, Kinaxis;At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP;Strong knowledge of SCOR model and supply chain processes;Experience in Life science or Biotechnology companies;SAP Certification in IBP is preferred;Technical Skills:SAP IBP: Demand planning, IO, SNOP, Control Tower, RTI, and OBP;S4/ECC/APO: Basic of PP, GATP, PPDS, ePPDS, and CIF;SAP IBP: OBP implementation experience is essential for this role;Benefits:Opportunity to work on complex assignments where problem-solving requires in-depth evaluation of varying factors;Chance to enhance internal and external working relationships and networks with key contacts outside the area of expertise;Ability to adapt style to differing audiences and frequently advise others on complex matters that relate to the wider business and require persuasion;
