Job Title:Member Relations & Communication SpecialistJob Summary:This dynamic role blends student outreach and admissions counselling with digital engagement and international member relations. The candidate will manage end-to-end student admissions while enhancing visibility through social media and offline initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee global member engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital EngagementDrive social media engagement related to admissions, events, and outreach initiatives.Collaborate with the design/content teams to create engaging posts, videos, and updates.Promote events, summits, and member highlights via digital channels.Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements. Member RelationsManage relationships with existing members globally.Coordinate onboarding of new members including application support.Ensure regular communication through newsletters, updates, and personal outreach.Liaise with international stakeholders for summits, meetups, and forums.Represent us in networking events and collaborative platforms.Maintain and update the central member database and engagement tracker.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and member relations, preferably within hospitality or membership-driven brands.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting on-brand social copy and member outreach messages.Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic graphic/video editing (Canva, Adobe Spark).Experience with CRM or membership platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue).Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret social analytics (engagement rate, reach, member retention) and translate insights into actionable tactics.PreferredBackground in digital campaigns with on-site experiences.Knowledge of SEO best practices for social content and familiarity with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions).Benefits & Culture HighlightsCollaborative on-site work environment with peer mentoring and cross-functional exposure to events, marketing, and operations.Competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and membership perks for our premium hospitality services.Opportunities for professional development, industry conferences, and in-house training.
