Our vision is to create a frictionless, scalable, and member-centric environment where every interaction with Tide is trusted, streamlined, and backed by cutting-edge compliance frameworks.The Onboarding KYX team is the "gatekeeper" of the Tide platform, responsible for secure login and credentials, KYC/KYB verification, and applying ML models to mitigate financial crime risk. As a platform team, we support Tide's go-to-market plans, balancing compliance and member experience while optimising the cost of KYX per member.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an exceptional Head of Product – Onboarding KYX to lead the strategy and execution for Tide's onboarding, identity verification (KYC/KYB), credential setup, and login experiences. This critical role sits at the intersection of user experience, scalable architecture, unit economics, and risk management.You will define how new members are verified and set up to join Tide, ensuring the journey is seamless, secure, compliant, and cost-effective.
