Job Title: Strategic HR Business PartnerJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead the development and implementation of effective HR strategies that drive business results.Oversee employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal workforce utilization.Maintain accurate data management across all HR systems and employee records, providing critical insights for informed decision-making.Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations, mitigating risks and maintaining a positive employer brand.Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure payroll accuracy and audit preparedness.Develop and maintain an up-to-date organizational structure, aligning with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives that foster a positive work culture and high employee retention.Build a collaborative workplace environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.Requirements:Master's degree in HR or Business Administration, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 3-4 years in leading a team.Proven expertise in Indian labour laws and global HR practices, with experience in process automation and digital transformation.Familiarity with HR tools such as Greythr and Smartsheet.Additional Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership communication and initiatives.Coordinate quarterly town halls and internal communication forums.Travel to our office in Gujarat on a quarterly basis.
