Job Title: Project Manager Office SupportWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide comprehensive support for the planning, coordination, execution of solar power projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, seamless communication, adherence to quality compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, documentation for solar installation projects.Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies.Maintain updated project trackers, dashboards, progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, tracking material deliveries, coordinating supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory requirements.Assist with site planning, coordination with field teams, monitoring project execution.Support budget tracking, invoice processing, documentation billing.Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, technical submissions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in project coordination, management.Excellent communication, organizational skills.Ability to work independently, collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills.Proficiency in project management tools, software.Benefits:This role offers a dynamic, supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.
