We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our procurement strategy, strengthen vendor management and drive cost-optimization initiatives.About the RoleThis role will oversee supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchasing governance, and end-to-end procurement processes that support our global programs, events, technology platforms, and operational functions.Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and budget requirements.Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories.Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.Implement procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.
