Our Data Team operates at the heart of this mission, managing high-volume, impactful data sets that inform and guide our healthcare strategies. As an Associate Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in advancing iKure’s data-driven approach to healthcare, supporting our mission to deliver sustainable and measurable healthcare solutions.
Role Overview:As an Associate Data Analyst, you will be integral to iKure’s data initiatives. This role involves executing thorough data quality checks, performing complex analyses, and managing ETL processes across diverse healthcare data sets. We’re seeking a proactive individual with a passion for data accuracy and an eye for insights that can improve our healthcare delivery models. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team, providing essential data insights that enhance operational efficiency and healthcare impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Management & Transformation: Conduct data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Python, supporting various analytics and reporting needs across the organization.
- Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits and data quality checks, identify and resolve discrepancies within large datasets to ensure data integrity.
- ETL & Workflow Optimization: Develop and maintain SQL queries, Python scripts, and ETL processes to streamline data workflows, increasing efficiency and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare, operations, and technology teams to provide data-driven insights and support key health initiatives.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create insightful reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI, monitoring healthcare outcomes, operational metrics, and service effectiveness.
- Insight Generation: Provide data-based recommendations that inform and improve iKure’s healthcare delivery, directly supporting our mission.
- SQL Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, extraction, and transformation tasks.
- Python Expertise: Solid experience in Python for data manipulation, ETL processes, and basic scripting.
- Data Transformation Tools: Familiarity with dbt (data build tool) or similar tools for workflow automation.
- Data Quality & Assurance: Knowledge of data quality assurance principles and a background in data accuracy checks.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
- Healthcare Data Understanding: Familiarity with healthcare data, terminology, and industry-specific analytics is a plus.
