Senior Software Engineer

Job Title: Technical LeadWe are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead our team of software engineers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Android Automotive System and Car Framework, with expertise in middleware development for Android Native services and HAL components.The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Project Treble, Binder, and SELinux policy development, as well as experience working with agile methodologies and processes in software life-cycle methodologies.The role requires hands-on experience in Java, C++14/17/20, and RUST languages for Android Platform/Middleware Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of software applications and ensuring they meet the required standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement software solutions for Android Automotive System and Car Framework.Lead a team of software engineers in the development of middleware for Android Native services and HAL components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software applications.Maintain and improve existing software applications to ensure they meet the required standards.Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with software development projects.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Android Platform/Middleware Development.Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex software projects on time.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with Java, C++14/17/20, and RUST languages.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.About Us:We are a leading technology company dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions.
