About this roleWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Credit Card Testing Specialist to ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of our payment systems. You will be responsible for validating end-to-end payment flows, detecting defects, and ensuring seamless customer transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute test cases for credit card issue testingPerform functional, integration, regression, and negative testing for payment gateways and card management systems.Validate compliance with PCI DSS and other relevant security standards.Test various card types (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, RuPay) across multiple channels (POS, e-commerce, mobile apps).Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to resolve defects.Document test results, track issues, and provide clear defect reports.Conduct UI/UX validation for payment forms and error messages.Simulate real-world scenarios including expired cards, insufficient funds, and incorrect CVV.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.6+ years credit card testing experience.Familiarity with ISO 8583 message formats and transaction logs.Understanding of security protocols and encryption in payment systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.PreferredExperience with EMV chip card testing and contactless payments (NFC).Knowledge of tokenization and fraud detection systems.ISTQB or similar QA certification.This is a key opportunity for individuals passionate about ensuring seamless payment experiences.
