Position objective:

The objective of this position is to provide support and assistance to Head Treasury for Project Finance, Fund Raising & Project Monitoring. Maintaining relationships with Banks and lending institutions, managing Cash flows and streamlining processes pertaining to treasury operations, debt obligations etc.


Key Roles/Responsibilities:


Treasury- Fund Raise/Project Finance

  • Establish New Relationship and maintain existing relationship with Bank’s /FI’s
  • Tie-up Project Finance / Fund’s for Ongoing & New Projects.
  • Prepare Loan application/ Information Deck (covering Project Profile, CMA /Projections & other details) for Lenders as part of the Fund-Raising exercise.
  • Liase with internal teams viz Legal & Secretarial to ensure timely documentation and Security creation.
  • Monitor Lender related Post disbursal Compliances and Loan covenants like LIE Report, MIS etc.
  • Timely servicing of debt obligation including compliance.
  • Calculation of Interest & Other Bank Charges & Monitoring the Interest rate charged by bank, Interest Reset Date etc.
  • Coordinating and providing data to various banks/ financial institutions / credit rating agencies as and when required.
  • Coordination for loan disbursement as per the requirement of the project.


MIS and Compliances


  • Review and Maintain Dashboards, Presentations etc. for Group Treasury, External Bankers etc.
  • Preparing Monthly, Weekly, Daily MIS reports related to Loans, Investments, Cash Balances etc.
  • Ensuring Treasury related compliance w.r.to Companies Act, ICFOR, RBI. LEI etc.
  • Ensuring Monthly, Quarterly and Annual compliance w.r.to all Borrowings, Banking Ops etc.
  • Being SPOC for Project Finance & Banking w.r.to Statutory & Internal Audit
  • Treasury related Accounting
