Graphic DesignerWe are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually stunning documents that influence decision-makers across the globe. These documents include Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, Sustainability Reports, and ESG Reports.As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to shape landmark documents for listed and unlisted entities of the Indian Stock Market.Our ideal candidate has strong creative thinking and the ability to generate original design ideas. They should be aware of global design trends and best practices.The role involves collaborating with internal teams and leading Indian corporates to deliver high-quality designs.The Graphic Designer will work on a range of projects from concept to final delivery, utilizing their skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Key Responsibilities:Design visually stunning A4 sized documents, comprising of thematic cover concepts and insides pages (16– 200 pages) covering different chaptersFollow international brands and design trends to bring modern layouts to lifeEffectively use brand colours, typography, infographics, visual effects, and other design elementsTake full ownership of projects — from concept to final deliveryIntelligently use AI Tools to drive efficiencyCollaborate with internal teams and leading Indian corporatesRequirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design or Specialization course from renowned institutes2–5 years of design experienceStrong creative thinking and ability to generate original design ideasAwareness of global design trends and best practicesProficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopProficiency with AI ToolsCollaborative and service-oriented mindset with openness to feedback from internal teams and clientsStrong commitment to deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking longer hours during peak business season of 6 months (Minimum 10-12 hours)Fluent in both English and HindiWhat You Gain:Exposure to challenging design assignments of top companies in IndiaMentorship from seasoned experts with a portfolio of over 1,000+ successfully delivered projectsFinancial growth through a performance-driven culture with opportunities for bonuses and incentives in addition to fixed compensationJoining Requirements:Immediate to 1 monthSalary and Incentives:KolkataFixed CTC: Rs 4 lacsVariable: One month additional salary upon completion of one yearIncentives: Performance-led incentives upon completion of one yearMumbaiFixed CTC: Rs 5 lacsVariable: One month additional salary upon completion of one yearIncentives: Performance-led incentives upon completion of one yearPreferred Candidates:Experienced designersFreelancers not acceptedNot suitable for remote work
