Junior Anesthesiologist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Junior Anesthesiologist to collaborate with senior anesthetists in various surgical specialties.The role involves assisting with anesthesia administration, perioperative care, and performing ICU procedures as needed.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior anesthesiologists for Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and other specialties providing top-notch patient care.Patient preparation and monitoring during surgeries with precision and attention to detail.Intraoperative and postoperative support ensuring seamless patient management.Oversee ICU patients and execute required procedures such as airway management, central lines, arterial lines, etc.Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.Coordination with surgical teams, nursing staff, and ICU personnel for efficient workflow.Qualifications:M.B.B.S with M.D./D.N.B in Anesthesiology or equivalent qualifications.Valid registration with relevant medical councils.Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may apply.Skills & Competencies:A deep understanding of anesthesia techniques and ICU procedures.Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.Effective teamwork and communication skills under senior supervision.
