Job Title: Renewable Energy Incentives Manager  Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough research to identify and maintain a database of energy incentive programs in the US.Prepare and submit applications for incentives with required documentation, ensuring timely completion and submission.Monitor application progress, approval status, and payout timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Generate detailed reports summarizing captured incentives and potential opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making.Stay up-to-date with US energy policies and clean-tech funding changes, leveraging this knowledge to drive strategic initiatives.Collaborate with accounting and project teams to ensure compliance and effective documentation practices.  Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or Energy Management.At least 3 years of experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online research tools.Experience working with US renewable energy, utility, or infrastructure programs is highly desirable.  Preferred Skills:In-depth understanding of US energy policies and regulations, particularly the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).Knowledge of renewable energy systems, including solar and energy storage technologies.Prior experience working with US clients in the clean energy, engineering, or construction sectors.  Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonus tied to successful incentive capture.Long-term remote work opportunity with U.S. collaboration.Ongoing training and professional development in US energy policies and sustainability practices.Career growth opportunities within the global clean energy and infrastructure industry.Ideal Candidate:You are detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about promoting sustainable energy solutions.
