We're seeking a skilled and passionate PHP developer to join our team in Bangalore or Mangalore

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust, scalable PHP applications: Leverage your 5+ years of industry experience to craft clean, well-structured code.
Embrace modern frameworks: You'll be an expert in Symfony (2+ years) and comfortable with object-oriented programming and test-driven development.
Database Savvy: Possess a strong understanding of at least one relational database (MS SQL, Oracle) or NoSQL solution.
Technical Problem Solver: Contribute to technical discovery and review infrastructure, recommending solutions for optimal performance and security.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with a distributed engineering team, fostering a smooth development process both on-site and offshore.
Agile Champion: Embrace Agile methodologies and actively participate in sprints and retrospectives.
Quality Advocate: Take ownership of delivering high-quality, secure solutions and utilize tools like SonarQube to ensure code quality.
Technical Skills:
PHP (5+ years)
Symfony Framework (2+ years)
Object-Oriented Programming
Test-Driven Development
Relational Databases (MS SQL, Oracle) or NoSQL solutions
APIs (REST, RPC)
Agile Methodologies
Git Version Control (GitHub/BitBucket)
Code Analysis Tools (SonarQube)
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team in best practices.
Lead by example with Agile methodologies and actively participate in sprints.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated communication skills to address technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech)
