Workday Manager ArchitectThe Workday Manager Architect is a key position that oversees the technical and functional architecture of the Workday platform. This includes ensuring optimal configuration and alignment with strategic business objectives, as well as driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable solutions.This role involves collaborating closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and the global Workday team to facilitate the gathering and translation of business requirements into effective Workday configurations. The successful candidate will have expertise in configuring and implementing various Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Recruiting.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and data management, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. They will also be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.Lead and Mentor: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in system management within the Workday administration team.Collaborate: Work closely with business leaders, HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations and solutions.Own and Maintain: Ensure the overall technical and functional architecture of the Workday platform remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with strategic business objectives.Partner: Collaborate with the Workday IT Owner and global teams to streamline processes across all AML RightSource locations, leveraging Workday's capabilities to enhance efficiency.Design and Implement: Lead the development of new features and modules within the Workday ecosystem to expand system capabilities and meet evolving business needs.Oversee System Upgrades: Ensure minimal disruption during system upgrades, communicate clearly with all Workday users, and conduct thorough testing to maintain system integrity.Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendor implementations, ensuring successful delivery, seamless integration, and adherence to project timelines and requirements.Ticketing System: Oversee the Workday ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently, researching and addressing complex challenges, including reporting, integrations, and process improvements.Automation Opportunities: Identify and implement automation opportunities within Workday processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.Data Protection: Support the implementation of data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures to ensure Workday's reliability and security.Scalable Solutions: Partner with HR Workstream, Technical Workstream, Recruiting, and IT Operations to develop sustainable solutions that meet cross-functional needs.Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on Workday solutions, ensuring both functional and technical viability and alignment with best practices.Training and Mentorship: Deliver training and mentorship to Workday team members, enhancing their expertise in system configurations, modules, and best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Business fluent in English.Minimum of 3 years Leadership Experience.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruiting).Current or previous Workday Certification(s).Knowledge of Workday implementation tools and methodologies.Strong understanding of HR processes and data management to support effective Workday implementation.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.Ability to adapt in dynamic environments with a focus on innovation and service excellence.Strong security awareness and commitment to user-friendly solutions.Proven experience managing teams across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.About Us:AML RightSource is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse work environment.
