DescriptionWhat's this role about?We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our AEM Marketing Cloud platform. You will be responsible for managing a large, cross-functional team of over 25 professionals, including developers, architects, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts. Your mandate is to deliver this complex program on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while ensuring alignment with our core business objectives.  Here's how you'll contribute:You'll do this by:& Project Management:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the large-scale AEM implementation program, encompassing multiple workstreams (e.g., AEM Sites, Assets, multi-region rollout, integrations).Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for a team of 25+.Define and manage the project scope, ensuring clear change control processes are in place and communicated.Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical blockers when necessary.Manage dependencies across different teams and parallel initiatives.Stakeholder Management & Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications to senior leadership, business stakeholders, and vendor partners.Facilitate steering committee meetings, providing clear and concise updates on progress, budget, risks, and key decisions required.Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, IT, and business unit leaders to ensure buy-in and manage expectations.Translate complex technical concepts into business implications for non-technical audiences.Team Leadership & Resource Management:Lead, motivate, and coordinate a large, distributed team of AEM specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Work closely with Technical Architects and Team Leads to align technical execution with project goals.Manage resource planning, including the onboarding of internal and external team members (agencies, System Integrators).Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (as applicable) for multiple teams and ensure alignment with overall program goals.Financial Management:Own the project budget, tracking forecast vs. actuals, and ensuring financial accountability.Manage relationships with Internal and External stakeholders.Oversee contract & Scope negotiations, SOWs, and to ensure they meet project requirements.Quality & Governance:Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and quality gates.Ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements, technical standards, and performance benchmarks.Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), cut-over, and go-live activities, ensuring robust rollout and hyper-care plans are in place.  Core Skills:Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale (budgets $2M+), complex MarTech or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) implementations.AEM/MarTech Knowledge: Must have directly managed at least one end-to-end AEM Sites implementation. Deep understanding of the Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem and the SDLC for web platforms. (Adobe Certified Project Manager is a strong plus).Large Team Management: Demonstrable experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams of 25 or more people.Methodology: Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to apply a hybrid approach as needed for the program.Tools: High proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Teams).Soft Skills:Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the VP/C-level.Calm under pressure, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Strong financial and business acumen.  Desired Skills:PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications.Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service implementations and cloud migration projects.Experience managing global, multi-brand, or multi-region digital platform rollouts.Previous experience in a consulting or System Integrator (SI) environment managing Adobe projects.  How we'd like you to lead:Advantage ZensarWe are a technology consulting and services company with 11, 800+ associates in 33 global locations.
