Identity and Access Management ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Okta-based authentication and authorization solutions.You will be responsible for:Designing and developing Okta-based IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user lifecycle management.Working on application onboarding into Okta and configuring integrations using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.Developing and maintaining delegated user administration and custom workflow automation for identity management.Collaborating with business and security stakeholders to define access policies and ensure compliance.Troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues and providing timely resolutions.Contributing to system design discussions, proposing scalable and secure Okta solutions for evolving business requirements.We are looking for someone with:5–9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with at least 3+ years in Okta development/configuration.Hands-on experience with Okta Workflows, Okta API, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM integrations.Strong knowledge of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.Experience in Okta administration, custom app integrations, and lifecycle management.Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript for automation and API integrations.Understanding of security protocols, authentication standards, and IAM best practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
