The Business Process Architect will manage customer outcomes on complex level, enterprise projects.   We are #GoingBeyond  Come join our crewWhat You Will Be DoingFacilitate executive level workshops, translating business requirements into prioritized outcomesConduct workshops and lead multiple implementations from a customer strategy standpointLead customers in process definition and mappingDefine customer needs, determine strategies, develop plans/proposals and make recommendations around customer's internal processes and functions for improved efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with Solution and/or Technical Architects to develop the overall project implementation planOversee the development of Senior Business AnalystsCollaborate with other Delivery teams on Special projects or Assignments (such as the Centers of Innovation and Industrialization).Facilitate sessions on requirements definition, product architecture and workflow, develop mapping between current modes of operations and future modes of operationDevelop strategic plans for measurable implementation approachDevelop supporting tactical plans for strategic scopeDevelop and present SOWs with supporting task breakdowns with the Program Managers and Account ManagersSupport PMs by assisting in the planning and management of implementation projectsDevelop and maintain delivery standards for ServiceNow solutions and the enabling technology from vendor partnersDevelop and nurture relationships with technology vendors and services partnersMaintain an updated holistic view of changing architecture for solution environments, updated with each release of capabilityMentor customer and partner technical resources during implementation projects.  As needed, conduct informal, ad hoc training sessions.Support the Company's vision and promote the Company's core operating valuesWhat You Bring AlongExperience with SN FSO module Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms with 7+ years experience.Strong interpersonal, organization, facilitation, and presentation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels in the organization including executivesAbility to assess and mitigate riskEffective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a teamStrong problem-solving skills: ability to simplify complex situationsComfortable working in a matrixed organizationStrong relationship management skills with all levelsAbility to lead a group of teams located across multiple time zonesComfortable working with ambiguity and changeBSc in CS, IT or similar technical discipline or equivalent experienceMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant customizing and deploying packaged software as a billable resourceExperience and well versed in Enterprise Risk Management and ServiceNow GRC.Experience facilitating executive level workshopsCertifications & KnowledgeThe candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond.
