Job OpeningWe are seeking an accomplished Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery expert to oversee comprehensive DR projects across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.Main ResponsibilitiesDesigning, implementing, and optimizing modern disaster recovery strategies and architecturesLeveraging expertise in DR tools such as Veeam, Zerto, Commvault, and Rubrik to drive efficient test processes across on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Collaborating with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application, and security departmentsMaintaining and updating DR documentation, guiding technical workstreams, and driving automation initiativesContribution to the growth of our disaster recovery practice through research and development of innovative solutionsEssential Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 4-8 years of hands-on experience in disaster recoveryExpertise in a range of DR tools and technologiesFamiliarity with cloud-native disaster recovery solutions (AWS Elastic DR, Azure Site Recovery, GCP Backup & DR)Strong understanding of RPO/RTO, failover/failback, and disaster recovery automation conceptsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
