Sales Executive Job Description*
- *Client Outreach:* Actively reach out to prospective customers through calls and engaging in Whatsapp.
- *Sales Target Achievement:* Meet out and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- *Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- *Negotiation Skills:* Handle negotiations effectively to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- *Market Research:* Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- *Follow-up and Closure:* Diligently follow up with leads and ensure timely deal closure.
- *Feedback Handling:* Address client feedback, concerns, and queries promptly and professionally.
- *CRM Updates:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with sales team members to align efforts and maximize results.
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2-3 years Experience in sales
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to handle rejections and persist in pursuing leads.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
