Job Title: Operations Excellence ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. As Operations Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of production shifts, ensuring high-quality products and efficient processes.• Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor all die floor activities across three shifts as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure achievement of shift production targets, maintaining required yield and product quality.Maintain all equipment in optimal working condition and ensure minimal downtime.Conduct regular inspections and submit shift performance and progress reports.Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective or improvement measures.Ensure accurate and timely production data entries in ERP systems.Troubleshoot process and operational issues during the shift.• Additional Responsibilities:Adhere to all Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) standards.Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace, minimizing risks of slips, trips, and physical injuries.Promptly report near-miss incidents or safety-related concerns.• Requirements:Degree: Bachelor's Degree or DiplomaSpecialization: Mechanical Engineering or related disciplineExperience: Relevant experience in draw tower operations and fibre drawing processes preferred 60;Benefits:• Competitive salary and benefits package• Opportunities for career growth and professional development• Collaborative and dynamic work environment 60;What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment. 60;How to Apply:Please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
