We are hiring a ServiceNow Platform Analyst (ITSM/CMDB), to join our India team, in support of a large global client This is an amazing opportunity to work on a team, supporting the largest ServiceNow implementation in the world The Senior Software Engineer will implement and develop customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale more complex professional services projects. Your ImpactAnalyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming language and techniques.Contribute to writing test scripts and complete unit testingFacilitate and mentor across multiple projects and/crewsProvide technical expertise in code writing and reviewsCollaborate with delivery team and other engineers to understand, estimate, prioritize and implement requests for development and project requirementsApply modern technology and innovation to improve platform functionalityDeliver outstanding customer experiences by providing administration, development and support during implementation of ServiceNow solutionsMay perform additional duties as assigned.Your ExperienceStrong knowledge of software engineering principles for cloud-based platformsStrong understanding of the ServiceNow functionalities and features of Platform Analyst with ITSM & CMDBSolid knowledge of glide record usage, XML and structural programming conceptsProficient in JavaScriptExcellent understanding of core object-oriented programming with hands-on experience developing for and/or customizing the ServiceNow PlatformStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of relational databasesAbility to assess and mitigate riskStrong leadership capabilitiesEffective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a teamStrong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situationsStrong relationship management skills with all levelsAbility to deliver high degree of customer satisfactionComfortable working in a matrixed organizationComfortable working with ambiguity and changeEducation: A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experienceCertification & Knowledge The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond.
