Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell capital equipment (tablet presses, blister packing machines, coating systems, etc.) to pharmaceutical manufacturers.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indore and Ahmedabad regions.Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits.Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Projects, Service) to deliver customized solutions.Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and close sales deals.Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.2–5 years of experience in capital equipment sales to pharma or process industries.Strong technical acumen and communication skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes is a plus.
