Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title:Quality Assurance Test EngineerOverview:As a Quality Assurance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality testing standards across all products and systems within the applications portfolio. This role requires a motivated and self-driven individual who can effectively work with QA and Development teams to drive and improve delivery processes.Key Responsibilities:Manual planning, test execution, and process improvementMaintenance of automated testing frameworks and test casesCollaboration with QA and Development teams to drive and improve delivery processesDesigning test strategies and end-to-end test scenariosEstimating test effortsHands-on experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages (JavaScript)Experience designing test strategies and end-to-end test scenarios and estimating test effortsStrong understanding of software QE concepts, recommended practices, and methodology that cover functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UATAbility to manage multiple test events and projects at a timeStrong hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologiesHands-on experience with Jira, ALM, TFS/ADO or similar systems of recordAPI testing tools & automation experience is strongly preferredContinuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Bitbucket is preferredHands-on experience using SQL queries for results validation and data miningRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related areaAt least 8 years of professional experience on a variety of projects in Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & reportingExperience designing test strategies and end-to-end test scenarios and estimating test effortsHands-on experience with Automated Testing tools building framework and automated scripts using automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.Experience in Java or JavaScript is a mustStrong understanding of software QE concepts, recommended practices, and methodology that cover functional testing, integration testing, regression testing and UATAbility to manage multiple test events and projects at a timeStrong hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologiesHands-on experience with Jira, ALM, TFS/ADO or similar systems of recordAPI testing tools & automation experience is strongly preferredContinuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Bitbucket is preferredHands-on experience using SQL queries for results validation and data miningWhat You'll Bring:High level of attention to detailAnalytical and Critical ThinkingWorking knowledge of quality assurance/quality management best practicesGood character and a great attitude (strong team player)Comfortable wearing many hats and can function well in a fast-paced company environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly learn and understand business processes
