Role DescriptionWe're developing a AI powered document scanning app and are looking for a talented Senior Computer Vision/OpenCV Engineer to help us build AI based document enhancement filters, similar to CamScanner's Magic Pro Filter, Adobe Filters etcThis is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about transforming traditional visual processing into lightweight, production-ready AI systems, especially for mobile platforms like Android/iOS ResponsibilitiesAs part of this role, you will:- Build core AI models for document segmentation, dewarping, and enhancement- Develop appearance enhancement pipelines: shadow removal, brightness/contrast correction, color preservation, text-clarity improvements, deblurring, noise removal, binarization, and more- Build and optimise a TFLite model with inference time under 1 seconds on android/ios- Produce clean, high-quality, b&w scan outputs- Implement efficient OpenCV-based pre & post processing optimized for real-time performance- Deliver well structured, well-documented, production ready code tailored for mobile deployment- Collaborate closely with Android/iOS teams to ensure seamless on device integration Requirements- 3+ years minimum experience in Computer Vision, Image Processing, and OpenCV- Solid background in building and deploying TensorFlow Lite (TFLite) models for Android- Strong understanding of model optimisation and mobile inference speed- Ability to deliver visually sharp, fast, and robust filters- Experience replicating or improving filters from apps like CamScanner is a strong plus Nice to Have- Android app integration experience (Java/Kotlin + native CV/ML)- Experience with hybrid CV + CNN filter design- Knowledge of GANs or advanced enhancement models- Familiarity with OCR-related preprocessing pipelines What We're Looking ForWe're aiming to develop the visual quality and real-time performance of CamScanner Magic Pro Filter - delivering clean, vibrant, and professional document scans.
