Backend Software Engineer

Job OpportunityWe are seeking an accomplished backend developer to spearhead the design and implementation of our platform.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of backend technologies, including Java, Elixir or Golang, and experience in debugging and solving issues in a cloud environment.They will also be proficient in working with PostgreSQL or similar databases, as well as NoSQL databases.A deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available environment is essential.Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive backend applications from scratch.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and execute projects efficiently.Develop and execute extensive load testing for services to ensure optimal performance.Plan and execute the execution plan for the team to iterate based on load test findings.Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.Develop test cases that enable seamless modification of systems in the future.Create bulk ETL pipelines to collect data in a Data lake and utilize it to generate reports using Business Intelligence tools.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Backend technologies.Experience in at least one of Java, Elixir or Golang.Proficiency in debugging and solving issues in a cloud environment.Experience with PostgreSQL or similar database.Experience with NoSQL databases.Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available environment.Experience with open-source technologies such as Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka etc.
