Cloud Integration LeadJob Overview:Direct the migration of an existing on-premise integration platform to a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP)Configure and deploy components in cloud environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchangeCollaborate with cloud engineers to set up virtual machines, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity solutionsReconfigure connectors, endpoints, and integrations for the new cloud-hosted platformManage migration cutover activities and validate system stability post-migrationKey Responsibilities:1. Cloud Migration & OptimizationDevelop, enhance, and maintain cloud-based processes, integrations, and workflows to ensure scalability and efficiencyWork on mappings, transformations, connector configuration (REST, SOAP, DB, SFTP, ERP, etc.) to achieve optimal data exchangeApply best practices in process optimization, retry logic, error handling, and logging to minimize downtime and errors2. Operations & SupportProvide L2/L3 support for all integration issues, failures, and enhancements, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruptionMonitor platform health, schedules, certificates, and connection stability to prevent potential issuesTroubleshoot failed processes and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrenceAssist business users and application owners with integration needs, providing expert guidance and support3. Testing & Quality AssuranceSupport unit testing, system testing, and UAT cycles to ensure seamless integration and high-quality resultsBuild test cases and ensure all integrations run successfully after migration, guaranteeing optimal performanceParticipate in smoke testing after deployments to validate platform readiness4. Documentation & GovernanceCreate and maintain technical documentation for integrations, mappings, credentials, and configurations, ensuring easy access and understandingFollow deployment, versioning, and change management standards to maintain consistency and controlProvide knowledge transfer to internal teams post-migration, ensuring smooth handover and reduced knowledge gaps
