Positions : Sales Executives LOCATIONS : Karnal,Jalandhar,Pathankot andChandigarhSalary: 3LPA to 5 LPA (Fixed CTC + TA as per company policy)Experience :- 3- 5 years from agro commodities FMCG only through distributors, Retailers and Channel Partners.Qualification :- Preference to MBA(Sales/Marketing) Or Graduate in any discipline. Key Responsibilities:To generate demand and drive secondary sales of Tiwana Mustard Oil through effective market coverage and customer engagement.To promote Tiwana Mustard Oil products among retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and end consumers as per company strategy.To ensure consistent product availability in the assigned territory by efficient distributor management and regular market visits.To achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company objectives.To identify, appoint, and develop new distributors / channel partners to strengthen the sales network.To track and report competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns to provide timely market feedback.To implement marketing and promotional initiatives at the ground level to increase brand visibility and market share.To maintain relationships with trade partners (retailers, wholesalers, distributors) and ensure timely collections.To plan and execute route plans, ensuring adequate market coverage and call averages as per company norms.To update self with product knowledge and communicate product benefits and quality standards effectively to customers.To coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for effective implementation of sales strategy and market development. Key Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution channel managementSelf-motivated and target-orientedAbility to build and maintain strong business relationshipsBasic understanding of market trends and consumer behaviourCompany Profile : Our client, established in 1999, is a trusted name in the cattle feed and mustard oil industry with a strong presence across North and West India.
