The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Key responsibilities.Handle inbound calls related to client (Electric) products and ServicesResolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfactionProvide product and service information both in Hindi and EnglishRecord and update customer interactions accurately in the systemEscalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely mannerMaintain quality standards and follow process guidelinesRequired Skills and QualificationMinimum qualification:+2/Intermediate (Graduate Preferred)Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatoryExcellent verbal communication and listening skillsAbility to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)Other details:Candidates must work from Office - Bangalore or NoidaRotational shifts may apply based on Business requirements.Shift timings : (Shift Allowance are provided)For Male 24*7 & For Female Employees 7am-7pm Window6 Days workingNo Fixed OffSelection process: Face to Face Interview onlyHR Round followed by VersantOPS RoundClient round
