Learn more at Job OverviewThe Brand Marketer (Junior) will be responsible for shaping and amplifying TeachEdison's brand presence across digital and offline channels. This full-time position is based in Coimbatore and targets candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. As a Brand Marketer, you'll join a collaborative team environment within an agile and fast-growing EdTech company.Qualifications and SkillsBrand Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to develop, articulate and execute successful brand strategies that align with company goals and elevate brand identity.Social Media Management (Mandatory skill): Hands-on experience managing and growing brand presence across multiple social media platforms for audience engagement.Digital Marketing (Mandatory skill): In-depth expertise in digital marketing campaigns, including paid, earned, and owned digital channels.Market Research: Strong skills in conducting market research to gather insights about industry trends, competitors, and target demographics for data-driven branding decisions.Public Relations: Ability to craft compelling press releases, develop media contacts, and manage communications to build a positive public image.Content Creation: Experience in ideating and producing creative campaign content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia assets.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and making informed improvements.Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute and optimize brand marketing strategies to grow TeachEdison's visibility and enhance consumer perception.Manage and curate engaging content for social media channels, fostering active interaction with the brand community.Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social ads, and online promotions to drive awareness and engagement.Conduct thorough market and competitor research, gathering actionable insights to inform branding and marketing strategies.Coordinate public relations efforts, including preparing press releases, creating media kits, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.Collaborate closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.Monitor, analyze, and report on key branding metrics, campaign outcomes, and adjust tactics based on data and feedback.Identify new marketing opportunities and trends that support the expansion and growth of TeachEdison's brand presence.
