AGM / DGMDepartment: Academics – Centre for Learning and Teaching Location: Delhi Reports To: Director – Academics Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewThe Centre for Learning & Teaching Excellence (CLTE) is a strategic academic unit established to elevate the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across higher education programs. The role focuses on designing innovative learning experiences, supporting faculty development, integrating AI and digital tools for instructional enhancement, and strengthening academic quality through data-driven insights.The position requires strong pedagogical expertise, academic coordination capability, event management skills, and high comfort with technology and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design & Pedagogical InnovationLearner data analysis, prepare insightful report for facultyOrganize seminar/conference/FDP on learning and teachingKnowledge dissemination, publish newsletters, academic briefs, CLTE updatesNetwork with peers, institutions, research bodies, represent institute at various forumsAny other as required and decided by the instituteSkills & CompetenciesAI and tech fluent, proficiency in excel (dashboard, pivot tables, data analysis) Knowledge of higher education teaching-learning processesProficient in instructional design, experimental design Familiarity with Outcome Based Education (OBE), academic quality frameworksDocumentation ability and academic writing skillAbility to coordinate with faculty, deans, and academic committeesQualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree or Equivalent in relevant field5–12 years of experience in higher education teaching-learning enhancement, instructional design, faculty developmentExperience in designing learning modules, academic events, FDPsPrior experience in managing academic data, analytics, or teaching audits preferred
