We are currently seeking a Service Engineer (EEE/ECE/Instrumentation) to join our client's team - Careworx Healthcare Pvt Ltd., in Chennai. Careworx - Digital Healthcare Platform, helps in digitalization of hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic labs and Pharmacies for improving operational efficiency and to deliver superior experience to patients. Job Description: • Oversees the installations and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations of our varied products at customer sites. • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. • Monitors the Performance, maintenance and repairs. • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance. • Proactively responds to potential equipment issues. • Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software. • Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions • Travel during normal working hours to accounts based on a weekly schedule. • Co‐ordinate closely with sales and application team for necessary operational requirements Qualification requirements: • A BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication or Instrumentation or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 2-5 years of experience. • Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely. • Enjoy travelling and visiting customers.
