About this roleWe are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer to join our team.This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient integration patterns across Salesforce, Bullhorn, MCAE Advanced, CTI platforms, and Agentforce. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and integration architecture, with experience working with Workato and/or MuleSoft.Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing scalable integration frameworks using tools such as Workato or MuleSoftEstablishing and governing integration standards, including naming conventions, version control practices, and deployment protocolsDeveloping and optimizing high-volume flows supporting CTI-to-CRM routing, lead ingestion, recruiter activity synchronization, and related revenue workflowsPartnering with Admin/IT teams to manage schema changes, automation governance, and system updates impacting revenue operationsRequirements:6–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Integration Engineering, Platform Operations, or related technical functionsAdvanced expertise in Workato and/or MuleSoft, with a demonstrated ability to design scalable, governed integration patternsStrong Salesforce Admin-level proficiency, including API knowledge and complex automation troubleshootingThe ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a drive to deliver high-quality results.
