Job OverviewWe seek a skilled professional to establish a cutting-edge data platform on the AWS cloud, migrating legacy systems to modern architecture using Apache Iceberg, AWS Glue, Redshift, and Atlan for governance.This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows on AWS, transitioning legacy data solutions to modern services, and implementing a data lake architecture using Apache Iceberg and AWS Glue.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both legacy (e.g., Siebel, Talend, Informatica) and modern data stacks, as well as strong expertise with AWS services, particularly Redshift, Glue, S3, and Athena.A solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and big data architectures is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop efficient data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows on AWS.Migrate legacy data solutions to modern AWS-native services.Implement a data lake architecture using Apache Iceberg and AWS Glue.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Required Skills and QualificationsHands-on experience with legacy (e.g., Siebel, Talend, Informatica) and modern data stacks.Strong expertise with AWS services, particularly Redshift, Glue, S3, and Athena.Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and big data architectures.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.About UsThis company values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
