Job Description:We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Professional to lead our paid social advertising efforts for mobile games.This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to acquire high-value players across Meta, TikTok, and Snap. You will be responsible for managing campaign performance, optimizing budgets, and analyzing data to inform future strategies.The ideal candidate will have experience running paid social campaigns, specifically on the mentioned platforms, and a strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and audience segmentation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute paid social strategies to drive user acquisition and scale profitabilityManage campaign performance, optimize budgets, and analyze data to inform future strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align UA strategy with player funnels, in-game behaviors, and monetizationRequirements:2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns for mobile apps or mobile gamesProven success managing AEO, VO, and MAI campaignsStrong understanding of creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and bid strategiesAbility to analyze campaign data, create performance dashboards, and make data-driven decisionsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple channels and tests simultaneouslyWhat We're Looking For:Results-driven professional with a passion for mobile gaming and performance marketingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
