Role Overview We’re looking for a  passionate, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our growing team and support our mission of building India’s  Clean Fragrance Movement . This role sits at the intersection of  content, coordination, and creativity — ideal for someone who lives on Instagram, understands trends, and loves turning ideas into compelling brand stories. Key Responsibilities Social Media Calendar Management: Plan, organize, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Coordinate posts with key brand moments, launches, and collaborations. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual aesthetic. Influencer & Creator Coordination: Identify and connect with micro and macro creators aligned with our clean, aspirational ethos. Manage influencer gifting, follow-ups, and content deliverables. Maintain a tracker for influencer performance and engagement. Content Creation Support: Assist in conceptualizing and scripting content ideas — from reels and UGC briefs to campaign storytelling. Coordinate photoshoots and video edits with the design and production teams. Stay up-to-date with digital trends, competitor activities, and creator-led campaigns. Community Engagement: Engage with the Secret Alchemist community through comments, DMs, and story interactions. Help conceptualize ideas for the #WellnessMadeSimple movement and creator collaborations. Support execution of brand rituals, events, and partnerships (online and offline). You’ll Thrive Here If You Are Passionate about  beauty, wellness, and clean living . A social media native with an eye for detail, design, and trends. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A multitasker who can handle multiple campaigns and content calendars with ease. Someone who believes that marketing is equal parts  strategy, creativity, and storytelling . What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in brand building with India’s most exciting clean beauty startup.
