Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Medical Safety Advisor.This position will involve providing medical expertise in evaluating safety data and determining the relevance of adverse event reports within the context of pharmacovigilance.The selected candidate will be responsible for performing medical reviews and clarifications of trial-related Adverse Events (AEs) and post-marketing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).Key responsibilities include composing, editing, and medically reviewing Analyses of Similar Events (AOSE) for expedited cases as appropriate.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to provide coding review of AEs, SAEs, SADRs, and other medical data listings.In addition, the Senior Medical Safety Advisor will serve as an internal consultant to pharmacovigilance case processing teams on projects being supported.Responsibilities also include performing medical safety reviews of protocols, Investigative Brochures, and Case Report Forms for appropriate safety content and data capture.Finally, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing aggregate reviews of safety information to maintain oversight of a product's safety profile.Requirements:Strong background in pharmacovigilance or a related field.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Benefits:Career advancement opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Medical Safety Advisor.
