Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Head Chef role located in New Delhi. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff and managing food planning, preparation, and presentation in the restaurant. The Head Chef will also be responsible for ensuring food quality, hygiene, and health and safety standards are met. Key day-to-day tasks include designing menus, sourcing ingredients, managing stock and food wastage, and supervising kitchen operations.

Qualifications
Culinary Skills: Mastery in a range of cooking techniques, familiarity with different cuisines and expertise in food presentation.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, train and mentor kitchen staff in a high-pressure environment, and create a positive work culture.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet, identify and resolve issues in real-time.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality.
Health and Safety Standards: Expertise in maintaining hygiene, food safety and health standards in the kitchen.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with team members, restaurant management, and customers.
Experience: Previous experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant and a degree or diploma in culinary arts are preferred.
