Machine Learning Observability Platform Engineer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Observability Platform Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our observability platform, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing large-scale ML systems that provide critical insights across enterprise environments.This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented engineer who is passionate about building reliable AI/ML systems using open-source technologies like Grafana and ClickHouse.Main Responsibilities:Design and develop AI/ML features for our open-source Observability Platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable ML model deployment.Develop and manage data pipelines using Databricks and related tools.Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Set up and integrate MCP servers and connect tools across observability systems.Troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production.
