About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, managing inventory, last mile, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to established standards across multiple locations.Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement control measures.Coordinate and streamline last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and hands-on problem-solving expertise.Key Responsibilities:Analyze key operational metrics and sales data to inform process improvements.Drive adoption of new tools and technologies for enhanced operational efficiency.Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance productivity and cost control.Requirements• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.• 4–7 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Retail Operations.• Strong analytical and data skills with high proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.• Hands-on problem-solving expertise and a strong process-driven mindset.• Prior experience in high-growth D2C or FMCG environments is an added advantage.BenefitsJoin a culture that values ownership, mentorship, and experimentation.
