Hiring: Electronics Assembly & Soldering TechnicianBangalore | Full-time | On-siteVacancies: 4Experience: 1–3 yearsEducation: Diploma / ITI in Electronics or related fieldsSalary: Industry Competitive + Based on ExperienceWe’re looking for hands-on electronics enthusiasts who can build hardware with soldering tiny components, and assembling real products.Role ResponsibilitiesPerform manual soldering & rework on:SMD components (down to 0603 packages & fine-pitch ICs)Through-hole componentsAssemble and debug prototype PCB boards as per schematic & BOM.Inspect and test assembled boards for quality and reliability.Rework/repair circuits and improve assembly quality when needed.Maintain tools, ESD-safe workspace, assembly logs, and best soldering practices.Ideal CandidateDiploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly or PCB rework.Strong SMD & through-hole soldering skills (including 0603 & fine-pitch ICs).Experience with hot-air rework, microscopes, and solder rework tools.Ability to understand BOMs; basic schematic reading is a plus.Passion for hardware tinkering, repair, and prototyping.LocationPeenya 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560058
