Job Title: Operations Manager
Company: Capitalmind Financial Services Pvt Ltd
Location: 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bangalore
Work arrangement: On-site.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily operations of the PMS, including trade execution, trade allocation across equity and mutual funds.
· Oversee reconciliation of transactions, portfolios, and cash flows to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
· Handling various security related activities such as corp actions, buy-back, dematerialization, and stock transfers.
· Handle depository participant activities, including account opening, client code creation and maintenance, settlement of trades.
· Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders to streamline operational workflows.
· Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and industry best practices, conducting operational audits and internal audits as needed.
· Collaborate with portfolio managers, compliance, sales and tech teams for seamless operations.
Requirements:
● Problem Solving mindset to tackle operational issues.
● Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
● Familiar with SEBI PMS regulations.
● Candidates with NISM Series VII and Series VIII certifications will be preferred.
● Experience in wealth management operations or PMS operations will be preferred.
● Proficiency in MS Office, and trading terminals.
