Job Description:

Advist Global is seeking a highly motivated and creative Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to create visually engaging content and illustrations for various projects, including digital assets, print materials, book illustrations, and packaging design. This on-site position offers the opportunity to showcase your creative skills, contribute to impactful projects, and be part of an innovative and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and Illustration

  • Create high-quality visual assets and illustrations for digital, print, book projects, and packaging.
  • Ensure all designs align with Advist Global’s brand identity and project requirements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and maintain organized project files.

Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated on design trends and implement best practices in design and illustration projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in visual design or illustration.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design, illustration, book illustration, and packaging work.
  • Excellent hand-drawn drawing skills and a solid understanding of design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
