They will also be skilled in developing fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs.Key responsibilities include reviewing code to ensure best practices across the delivery team, partnering with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working solutions, and troubleshooting issues with confidence and fix them before anyone panics.Additional responsibilities include overseeing deployments, testing cycles, and production support, as well as mentoring junior developers so they become proficient in their skills.Qualifications include 6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development, strong hands in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL, and experience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a significant advantage.Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services, ability to lead discussions with clients and hold the room, prior experience guiding technical teams through global implementations, and certification are highly valued.We are seeking an exceptional individual who can keep delivery smooth and stakeholders smiling.
